Individualized Supported Living (ISL)
The Residential Habilitation program at Fidelis Support Services assists and instructs clients in a variety of daily living needs and skill development, and supports those individuals s they learn to live more independently. The ISL program is designed to allow individuals as much independence as possible in every aspect of their daily lives while providing always-there support when they need assistance or instruction in order to complete a daily living task.
Our staff will assist each participant in all activities of their daily lives. This may include transportation to and from work or other day activities, assistance with maintaining a household, grocery shopping, budgeting, preparing meals, taking medications, attending medical appointments, laundry skills, keeping their homes clean, accessing public transportation, social skills development and practice in real-life settings, and any needs particular to that individual. ISL is designed as a wrap-around service and we provide needed support to our clients 24/7, 365 days a year.
Successful participants in the ISL program will learn and be able to complete a variety of daily living activities. They will live as independently as possible with staff support as needed, residing and participating in their communities as valued and productive members.

Shared Living (Host Home)
The Residential Habilitation program at Fidelis Support Services assists and instructs clients in a variety of daily living needs and skill development, and supports those individuals s they learn to live more independently. The Shared Living program is designed to allow individuals to live, within a more family-like setting, as independently as possible in every aspect of their daily lives while providing always-there support when they need assistance or instruction in order to complete a daily living task. Shared Living places more emphasis on a client integrating into a natural living environment, either with a Host family or a non-disabled roommate.
Host or Companion Home providers will assist each participant in all activities of their daily lives. This may include transportation to and from work or other day activities, assistance with maintaining a household, grocery shopping, budgeting, preparing meals, taking medications, attending medical appointments, laundry skills, keeping their homes clean, accessing public transportation, social skills development and practice in real-life settings, and any needs particular to that individual.
Shared Living is designed as a wrap-around service and we provide needed support to our clients 24/7, 365 days a year. Successful participants in the Shared Living program will learn and be able to complete a variety of daily living activities. They will live as independently as possible with staff support as needed, residing and participating in their communities as valued and productive members.
